COHEA provides transition support for military-connected students entering or leaving our school.

Enrollment Support

• Assistance with registration and enrollment requirements
• Flexible placement considerations in accordance with the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children
• School tours and orientation opportunities for newly enrolled students

Transition Services

• Student ambassadors available to assist new students
• Guidance counselor meetings to review academic and social-emotional needs
• Assistance transferring records, schedules, and extracurricular involvement

Withdrawal and Relocation Support

• Transcript and records support
• Graduation requirement review for high school students
• Coordination with receiving schools when possible
